Contributions are not tax deductible. The limit per contributor is $39,200 (primary) and $39,200 (general). Contributions from individuals, unions, and political committees are permitted. Spouses may each contribute the maximum from a joint bank account as long as each makes a separate credit card contribution or signs their own check, or provides an accompanying letter. Contributions from state lobbyists, lobbying firms, and foreign nationals/principals are prohibited (contributions from green card holders are permitted). All contributors must provide their street address, and individuals must provide their occupation and employer, for reporting purposes. If you are an unemployed or retired individual, please note that under 'employer' and 'occupation.' Contributions must be from the contributor's own funds and may not be reimbursed by another unless you tell us the true source of the contribution.
