In a unique format, David and Mai will be interviewing each other — a candid, two-way conversation between a nationally recognized youth organizer and the local people powered leader Leaders We Deserve has chosen to back for CA7. Expect an honest, unscripted discussion about the questions shaping this moment in progressive politics.

Co-hosted by Leaders We Deserve, Davis College Democrats, Sacramento State College Democrats, and Youth for Mai, this event brings together students, organizers, and community members ready to push for bold, generational change — and to hear directly from two of the most compelling voices driving that work.

Come early, bring a friend, and bring your questions. Coffee & Snacks will be provided.

Canvassing will deploy immediately following the program.
