Contribution rules
  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Paid for by Talarico Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Talarico for Texas, the Texas Democratic Party, and the DSCC.Contributions or gifts to Talarico Victory Fund are not tax-deductible. The first $3,500 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Talarico for Texas and will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Texas Democratic Party. The next $44,300 of each contribution from a person and $15,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and will be designated for the DSCC’s general fund. The next $265,800 from a person and $90,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and will be designated for the DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits. A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
