- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Contributions from individuals, unions, and political committees, are permitted. Spouses may each contribute the maximum from a joint bank account as long as each makes a separate credit card contribution, signs their own check, each signs the check, or provides an accompanying letter. Contributions from lobbyists, lobbying firms, and foreign nationals/principals are prohibited (contributions from green card holders are permitted). You must provide your street address, occupation, and employer for reporting purposes. If you are unemployed or retired please note that under "employer" and "occupation."
